How Much do the Pokémon hats cost?
Hats start at $25 and go up to $50, depending on how complex the hat is.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal for payment. Upon completion of your order we will send you a confirmation letter with our PayPal.me link. All payments will be accepted AFTER your order is completed and before your item(s) are shipped.
How much is shipping?
We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS). We only ship domestically (United States) Single hat orders that fit in a standard shipping envelope cost about $3 to ship. Orders that require a box will be sent in a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate box which starts at $6.80. You will be notified about final shipping rates when we send the confirmation letter.
How long does it take to make a hat?Most hats take 3-5 days to make, depending on complexity.
What's in the Confirmation Letter?
After you place your order and we make your item, we will contact you via e-mail or Facebook, whichever one you originally contacted us with, with a picture of your finished hat(s), your total cost including shipping, and a link to our PayPal.me account. Please respond to this letter with your shipping address.
